I am actually a software developer by trade, so it surprises some people to learn that I have a passion for photography. Then on the other hand, others are surprised that I'm not a fully time photographer! I have invested a reasonable amount in professional equipment considering that it is only really a hobby. Instead of letting my printer gather dust and my camera only being used semi monthly (which is a tragic waste), I've outlined some of the services I am happy to provide below.
Studio Photography
I help to run a
professional photography studio in Redditch along with 2 other photographers. This makes it much cheaper for me to offer portrait sessions and allows me to be very flexible/creative with what we can create together.
If you would like to arrange a modelling portfolio shoot, a studio portrait or do some creative photography, then contact me to make a booking. I have very limited time as I work 4 days a week, so please don't be surprised if you find I have to schedule a future time to suit us both.
Canvas Prints and Fine Art
Having art or photographs on the wall looks great. It's even better when its your own work or a photograph of something that means something to you. I use a high resolution printer to transfer images onto cotton or poly canvas using fade resistant vivera ink. This is then 'stretched' (wrapped if you like) around a pine wood frame so that it can be hung straight on the wall. Each canvas frame is custom made by hand, so if you require a particular size, that's not a problem. Here are some sizes so that you can get an idea of cost:

Studio Hire
If you would like to hire the studio, it is currently £20 an hour. This is a bargain for a studio with multiple sets, props, a good range of light modifiers and 6 strobe heads. Ask me for more details or visit the website:

Event Photography
With a portable studio setup and an 8x6inch dye sublimation printer, we have all the equipment needed to photograph events and offer instant prints. If you are dressing up for a ball or dinner party, then having a portable studio is perfect to capture all the effort put into the occasion. See

Photography Club & Training
I have recently been thinking about doing some training in the studio, perhaps wedding photographers wanting to broaden their skill set or if you would like to give portraiture a go. If that's something that would interest you, please get in touch.
Weddings
Sorry, but no. Why? I enjoy photography. I enjoy weddings. They are both great!! But to be the main photographer for someone's wedding is not so enjoyable. But I hear you say "you have done Richard & Shiloh's wedding??". That was a gift, sorry!
